MeTIC 2018

A. All accepted papers for METIC required to present their paper via Paper, Poster Presentation & Voster Competition.

B. Participant may choose to present the poster either one of the following;

• CATEGORY A Paper

  1. Format will be given

  2. Limited to 5 pages

  3. participant is required to present at the main hall

• CATEGORY B Conventional Poster Presentation

  1. A1 size in Lanscape format

  2. participant need to print your poster and put it on the presentation board

  3. participant will be at Presentation Board with your poster during the judging session

  4. Presentation board will be ready on the 13th of August at 6.00pm for setting up purposes

• CATEGORY C Multimedia Content (Voster) Presentation

  1. self-explanatory video related to the paper information and innovation/contribution

  2. duration is not more than 3 minutes

  3. the video will displayed on the Multimedia Presentation Corner

  4. participant is not required to present at the corner

C. This information is very important to the organizer especially for the logistic requirement.

D. For both types, all participants are required to submit the softcopy of your poster or multimedia content to the organizer before 12th of July 2018.

E. All posters (both types) will display on the conference portal from 13th – 15th August 2018. 

F. All conference participant may also viewed your poster on the portal.

G. For the competition purpose, the price giving ceremony will be held on 15th Ogos 2018. The prices are     

1. Outstanding Paper (Gold, Silver and Bronze Award)

2. Best Poster Presentation (Gold, Silver and Bronze Award)

3. Special Award for The Best Digital Presentation (VOSTER) of iCGPA price (Gold, Silver and Bronze Award)All participants will received a Certificate of Participation
