My approach has always been eclectic, ranging from behaviouristic to cognitivist to constructivist to connectivism approach. Social learning is one of the strategies I adopt for my postgraduate class; I use generative learning strategies as well.

I teach both online and face-to-face. I take a blended approach to maximize learning and engage students even though they are not at the same location as I am.

 

I plan and manage my classroom be it online or face by making my teaching philosophy as a reference. Utilizing an eclectic approach. I design my instruction once I have made an early analysis of my learners and the content.
