Design goals concern the element of the scaffolding that mediate the interaction and collaboration of learner with the facilitator. These design goals further concern the way motivation is strategized and self-directed is enhanced through the utilization of the project-based learning e-Portfolio assessment and how both constructs are to be operationalized in the learning environments.
